The Station is a New Food Trailer Eatery at 2404 E. 7th Street (East 7th at the Railroad Tracks). The Station seeks to establish itself as a destination food trailer eatery offering a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable dining experience.

There is space available for a small and/or medium size food trailer that can provide a variety of menu items to service lunch and dinner hours at a minimum. Breakfast service also desireable. Electrical, water and trash provided. Seating, parking and employee/patron restroom available. Bicycle friendly. Free WiFi for vendors and patrons. Web, signage and direct local neighborhood marketing will be ongoing with an emphasis on the food. Outside stage for music, movies, and more that will promote destination traffic and enhance the patrons dining experience.

This is an excellent location as 7th Street is a four lane thoroughfare with center turn lane and sees a very high volume of traffic. The Station is geographically well positioned for a quality food business to benefit from accessibility by East 6th Street residential areas to the South and the emerging Boggy Creek/Govalle neighborhoods to the North.

Monthy rent is $495. We are looking for business owners that will be open at least 5 days a week for a minimum of 5 hours per day and remain open for the duration of their stated hours of operation.

Eatery hours are flexible and can be negotiated depending on the needs of the participating vendor, but our research shows that breakfast through dinner are the most beneficial operating times. Weekend evening hours during booked events is anticipated.
